Still no baby
For those of you who haven't heard, I didn't have my baby on Monday. My doctor made it seem like it was totally going to happen. So I went in to see him on Sunday night and then I get a call from the hospital at 5:30 a.m. on Monday morning asking me when I could come in to be induced and I made an appointment for two hours later at 7:30 but then they called at 7 a.m. and said that my doctor told them he didn't think my body was ready yet to be induced yet. Oh man! Why the heck did he make me feel like it was totally going to happen on Monday. I told everyone I could possibly tell that I was giving birth on Monday. So I'm back to waiting. I have felt minor contractions off and on for several days now but nothing consistent. My due date is in two days. My parents are here with me hanging out and it is so nice to have them here to take my mind off the waiting. That is the scoop. I hope to have exciting news to share shortly.

I hate it when doctor's do that! I did a LOT of walking when I was pregnant with Vin to encourage him to drop. Good luck!
Good luck! I hope that it happens really soon for you.... I guess just enjoy your free time for now. I know how hard it is to wait though, that's all you can think about! If you don't have your baby by tomorrow lets go on a LONG walk together!!!
Oh Nelly! That is RUDE! I would be so TICKED! And here I was thinking every time I pass your house that you'd had your baby......oh honey, I'd be eating a whole ton of chocolate at this point........
My doc wanted me to be induced with my first, I didn't want to be...I went into the hospital and they told me it was full (for inducees)so I went home and not even 24 hours later I went into labor on my own...he will get here when he is ready and healthy enough to get here...just keep that in mind (I suppose I should mention I was also 9 days past my "due date" when I had my first) I hope you are feeling okay and enjoy as much sleep as you can right now...even as uncomfortable as you might be it is better sleep then you will be getting ;) Good luck and we can't wait for the big day!!!
Ohh Man! Sorry to hear you are still prego. I know those last few weeks are a killer.
